Fish and Game should be able to give you a reference for a rehabilitator. Your local Animal Control should also be able to link you up with a rehab person. As long as you keep the bird in a quiet environment, fed and warm it should survive unless it has internal injuries of which you are unaware.

It is a good thing to keep injured birds in a box or a cage covered with something (like a bath towel or a blanket). The darkness helps the bird to feel safe and to keep still, so it doesn't further injure itself. Feeding an injured bird is not considered the right thing to do, however, I think with a hummer it is probably the right thing to do because they have such a high metabolism.
