A Morning Surprise!

10/24 was the last day my two females were here and haven't seen one since. Lo and behold, this morning I was greeted with a little female at the feeder. Though I may not see her again, she sure brought a smile to my face!

Good for you and I hope she stays for bit. If not at least a last hurrah. As for me it has now been 3 and 1/2 weeks since Ive had a visitor , plus all my hummer plants have seen their best days and its not now.. Its a long winter. Hummers,, see ya in the spring.

RE: A Morning Surprise!

That's good news Donna. Everytime someone north or east of me posts a sighting, I get encouraged, hoping the're hummer will drop by here on their way south. I haven't seen one since Friday. There are still some blooms here in spite of a cold front, and two feeders nice and fresh.
