| I have feed hummingbirds for about 16 years now but have never had one this late in the season. It appears to be a young blackchin. Has anyone has ever had one this late in the year? I live near the Boise area. |

| Wow, Korinne. You make me want to put out a feeder. I've taken mine down and I live in south Texas. I had mostly black chinned this summer. They must be expanding their range if you have them there as well. How do you tell the difference between the BC and RTs? I usually go by the tail action when hovering. |
