rose hybridizing by pollen

i tried to cross pollinate two roses (i dont know the names) and i took the stamen off of one and it is supposed to pop open over night on a warm water heater and nothing happened. they just dried out. what do i do.

and is it possible to cross polinate a hybiscus and a rose

I'm not sure what you are referring to. To the best of my knowledge, rose stamens don't "pop". However, there are things you can do if you emasculate roses to save the stamens for future use.

Hibiscus and roses do not breed. The former belongs to the mallow family and the latter to the rose family (Malvaceae and Rosaceae respectively)
