| Last summer, several belamcanda I started from seeds in 2001, had finally bloomed. One of them had a very unusual blue color, and its flower stalk was much shorter than any of the "normal" ones. As a matter of fact, the foliage was much taller than the flower.
I already have several seedlings started from this "blue" parent, and I am very interested to see if these traits carry on to the children.
Please share any comments or experiences on "blueness" in belamcanda and its heritability, because I am only aware of yellow/orange/red variations
Thanks!
