| I planted my monarda 'lambada' seeds which I collected over the winter, growing under lights, its not lambada coming up. nearby I grow monarda 'raspberry wine'. This is my first experience with hybridizing. I don't know why it never occurred to me I could get something different. But wow am I ever hooked on this! The 'raspberry wine' is very aggressive in my garden, perennial, however prone to mildew. The 'lambada' is an annual in my zone (6b) but gets no mildew. This could be big fun! karen |
