Has anyone tried to create a heat resistant Sugar Snap Pea? I love the way that Sugar Snap Peas taste, but with the long summers here in Texas, it would be great to have a variety of Sugar Snaps that could take the heat. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I would go about trying to breed one? What parent varieties should I start with? Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated!
