Hi I just found the oddest aremisia (vulgaris) in my yard.... normal this is a more than persnicky! weed in my garden! and I take great pains to get rid of it.... but recently this one.... right in the middle of the other ones popped up.... It is lime green with dark green veining... Do you think its diseased or some kind of natural mutation? HOw do you tell the difference?

RE: Artemisia mutation / hybrid?

Light between darker veins is a common symptom of nutrient deficiency, however it MIGHT be a mutation. Can you post a pic, maybe in the perennials gallery?
