freeze Saving polen I seen pollen late on grape from it pruned

MY neighbors vines got pruned very badly by the city, and they started to produce more pollen, a month or 2 after they pollenated.
I guess It could be used for hybridizing or even for the extreme naturalist-->(or belifes I guess), That don't believe in saving pollen.
What I did want to ask is.
Do you know what IS a good way to save (grape)pollen?
In the freezer, in the fridge, with nitrogen drying it.
I heard of USDA selling it I wonder how much it is,
but im not worried about That I know someone I can ask.
