Brown leaves and flower - Please help

| Hi,
Please help. I am located in zone 9. My Hydrangea is not doing well, and I don’t know why. I bought this Hydrangea several months ago, it was doing fine. One month later, I started noticing holes and brown area on the leaves (please see photos below). 2 months later, some of the flowers are getting brown spots. I am new to Hydrangea and gardening. I water it regularly. Please advise what I can do to save it. Thanks.

| It looks like plain old sun scorch to me....too much heat/sun in that spot. Is it near a foundation? That can reflect a tremendous amount of heat. |
