Some of the "green" hydrangeas do not rebloom. They are Annabelle (note: it may very rarely throw limited blooms in early Fall when it so desires) and its cousins (Incrediball - larger blooms, etc), Limelight or Little Lime. The other white ones may turn somewhat green as the blooms age but there will also be a spill of pink/etc colors too, which I am guessing is not what you want. These will start green and turn white eventually. Less sun exposure will allow the green immature blooms to stay green longer.

Some whites that rebloom like ES are: White Out, Blushing Bride (can have a touch of pink/blue on the sepals) and Peace (double blooms, may have a yellow tint sometimes). Lowes has carried White Out and Peace randomly in prior years. Not much selection in local nurseries yet though; too early in the season for that. Some of the white mopheads may temporarily show a tinge of yellow in blooms. Not sure what is all about myself.

Paniculatas and oakleaf hydrangeas also bloom white but are not rebloomers. Except for Limelight and LL, most of these may fade from white to a shade of pink.

Mme Emile Mouillere (serrated petals) and Sister Therese.(sometimes called Sister Teresa or Soeur Thérèse) are awesome white non-rebloomers... very nice, big shrubs, tough and reliable bloomers. The blooms fade to a mix of colors, not green only though.
