| I had my brother-in-law build me a new shed. The flower bed next to the where the old shed was had large hydrangea's in it. I believe I have the Mophead hydrangeas. Well getting to the point, when I came home today I had a bunch of broken off wood sticks in flower bed. This hydrangea first starts to grow from the base of the plant but some leaves do grow on some of the sticks. Now that they broke some of the sticks, will my hydrangea still grow? |

| If you still have some sticks;) with leaves starting you will probly still get blooms this year from the remaining sticks but not as many as you would have if they hadn,t broken some of them . If its the reblooming type you will get less bloom with the first flush but should still have a nice second bloom later on. |

| For now, cut off anything broken or jagged, damaged, with sharp pruners. Then wait, see what happens...:) |
