My Pinky Winky is planted in some very bad soil. It's hard to get anything to grow well. I planted it late summer 2010 and it has never grown or even had any flowers or buds. It's also planted in partial shade. Does anyone know what I should use to amend the soil? And how should I go about it? Thanks for your help.
