the Lady in Red is showing first blooms, so far they look mostly white/green with a pale pink on the edges. And sadly it has some brown spots on the leaves. We've had a lot of rainy days. It is facing East, full sun in the morning till 1:30pm, then shade rest of the day.

Is there something I can spray it with?

I doubt that's a disease. But a closer view might help determine that.

Looks like a disease, but not Cercospora, which is very common on Hydrangeas. Most Hydrangea diseases, with the exception of powdery mildew, are most prevalent in wet conditions, natural or manmade.
