It is already allocating mineral resources to the flowers so just enjoy them. I you wanted to concentrate on root growth and no flowers, I would have prune them when they were in the broccoli stage. Would you gain something by pruning them now? Maybe. Would it be much or worth it? Good question. Since the plant is perfectly healthy and not showing signs of transplant shock, I would let you choose whichever way, whatever you prefer.
