Flower maybe. Many of our tree form Hyd. paniculata cuttings that we don't cut back make a flower.

How long do you cut them ginkgonut?

I'm think the cutting for tree forms is bigger, but not positive. I am not involved in that side of the propagation. They are allowed to get tall.

However, when I walk the propagation beds in the summer there is a fair amount of flowering in all the Hyd. paniculata beds.
