I'm hoping there's someone who can tell me how to get rid of whatever is attacking my hydrangeas. There is a row of them along the east side of my house, and I think they've been there for about forty years. They have always been very healthy and beautiful until three years ago. That's when I began to notice these white fluffy spots on the leaves and stems. I have also seen these small white, almost clear flat bugs on the stems. Although they are still growing and producing flowers, they don't seem as healthy and there has been some leaf loss. Then, today, I noticed tiny bugs, lots, at the roots. Anyone have any info?
