I'm hardly an expert, but I can tell you that I planted a couple of Limelights later than this last year, and they've done beautifully.

I would advise against moving or transplanting a hydrangea in the heat of the summer. Waiting until fall is best and they should have enough time to establish before winter. You may want to consider mulching the ES and BB for the first winter.
