RE: Dying Lacecap

Hi,

So I have the OTHER problem. My container hydrangea was watered too much and reached the wilting stage about a week ago. I realized the pot needed draining so I removed all the mulch, drained as much excess water as I could, and aerated the soil. That was three days ago. Will my hydrangea make it through this trauma?

You'll have to wait and see, we can't know if roots rotted.

Why is your container not draining on it's own, does it not have adequate drainage holes?
