2 stems on Hydrangea drooping rest of plant is okay

I have had ES and Annabelle hydrangeas for 5 years now and have noticed this spring 1 or 2 stems completely wilted while the rest of the plant looks great - anyone know what is happening to several of my plants? Do I have something going on with my dirt? Will this kill my plant? Should I be spraying/watering my effected plants? Thank you!

Not sure about the Anything but Endless Summer, but I've had 'Annabelle' do that just this spring. Plants were staying too wet. That can lead to root rot and I've had a couple identified by the Extension before. To rule out disease, I'd go that route.
