Endless Summer drooping from heavy blooms/heavy rain

I planted five fairly large ES hydrangeas in late April. I'm very pleased with them as they're covered in beautiful blue blooms and have grown considerably. My concern, as I've no experience with these, is that with the rain and blooms they are almost flattened to the ground. They perk up a little as they start to dry out, but I'm still concerned. Do they need support of some kind? They're doing so well I'd hate to see them have any kind of damage.
