My plant is blooming but the lower leaf tips are turning brown and brittle. The leaves closer to the bloom are all green. The plant never wilts dwn so I have no way of knowing how much water it requires. It is in a large pot and gets morning and early afternoon sun which can be hot here in central Fl. The blooms are so heavy they drag the ground. I fertilized w/a small amt. of time released fertilizer 2-3 months ago.
