I planted a Limelight last year, and hoped I didn't choose a spot that was too close to the road. Well, after I planted it, the township widened the road (it's a dirt road), and now my Limelight is only three feet away from it.

It was a small plant last year, and while it's grown a great deal since then it still isn't a large shrub by any means. Do you think I should relocate it to a spot not so close to the road? If so, when would be a good time to do it?
