I happens. I recall a post that someone made maybe 5 yrs or more ago. They were getting very light blooms out of Nikko Blue and after checking, the soil pH was near neutral. Her/his basic complaint was that the blooms were faint blue, almost white with some green.

The green could be immature parts of the bloom as a result of less/lack of sun, soil, etc. Similar to Limelight blooms or early Annabelle blooms but, limited to selected areas of the bloom. Monitor it to see if the green areas eventually change or catch up with the other parts of the bloom. If you see unusual growth develop off the blooms, there may be a very serious problem.
