Mine is about 5'x5' in a lot of sun. It requires the same sort of care any paniculata may demand - IME, not much :-) I have noticed no particular distinctive leaf color in fall.....I'd guess yellow if I had to name any.

Pretty cool flowers but not as large or produced in as much abundance as other types of paniculata.

The flower heads can get up to 6x18" on the thickest new wood. Fall color is just yellow, and the leaves also somewhat long and crinkled by nature. I also recommend cutting any main stems coming from the base back to about 30" max in early Spring, as the plant can get leggy otherwise.

Thankyou everyone .You really helped me decide the location I had in mind won,t work . I wanted fall color so Pink Diamond will go there and I,ll have to find a less proment spot for this one.
