Ooooh I had to check out my local Walmart after this news! :) They had them marked down to just $2! I had to pick up at least one at that price, especially since they looked so healthy! I may end up just putting it in a container, but I'm trying to plan out a flower bed so that I can buy some more! Thanks for the tip!

The majority of my Endless Summers have come from season ending WalMart sales. The usually look horrible but they come back strong the next year. I don't have anymore room for them but I might have to make some at that price.

Those are great deals! I went to my local WM and they didn't have any at all. I may try a different one tomorrow. Always like finding a bargain.

It took several summers for my Endless Summers to get blooming, but I have been astonished at how well they are doing in almost full sun and seemingly endless & unusually hot 90 degree plus days since June!! They definitely can do better in my experience in sun & heat than my Nikko Blues, and I haven't watered them at all.

Sue - That is very encouraging! I bought 4 of these discounted at WM last week, and they're still sitting in the pots. I'm concerned about being able to find enough shade for them to survive. I found a spot that gets full morning sun, then mostly shade after 12:30 or so. Hope that'll be good enough for them in this hot weather!
