Little Lime Hydrangea?

I purchased a Little Lime Hydrangea last summer and it was loaded with flowers pretty much the entire summer, or at least since I purchased it. So far this summer, there are no flowers or even any buds as of yet, is this a late bloomer? I have fertilized it and it is in full sun, or a good portion of the afternoon sun.

Any help regarding this shrub is greatly appreciated!

This is a late bloomer - it's just back on its "normal" schedule. You should start to see buds forming in the next few weeks.
