Faded Blooms

I planted two Endless Summer Hydrangeas last year...because I remember that my mother had such good-luck in growing them...but never asked her secret to it..
Anyway, here's maybe a dumb question...The once big blue blooms faded to a pinkish color, and now are turning brownish...I want to know when I should cut the old blooms off? (Maybe after they have turned pinkish?)
Thanks.

RE: Faded Blooms

You can deadhead the blooms at any time. But once they brown out, that is it for the color changes. Deadheading them can trigger more blooms on ES if your growing season is long enough.
