FE White out vs Mini Penny vs Let's dance

As mentioned in a previous thread, I'm looking for a shortish hydrangea to plant along side of the house, facing north, with filtered sun in afternoon but mostly shade. Have just prepped the bed. Want a light colored hydrangea reblooming type which will be between 2-4 feet tall.

I can;t decide between FE White out, Mini penny or Let's dance moonlight. I think ES BB is too tall for me. I remember joannemb saying she was going to try a white out hedge but I haven't seen any pics.

Any help in making the choice?

Hi! I was going to do a short border of White out, but ended up completely going in another direction and planted a tall hedge of limelights! From 2ft. to 6ft--my how I can change my mind! ;) I have not seen a white out in person---my Lowes only stocked "together" and the F&E original, but I am hoping to find it in the spring because I would like to plant 5 in a bed out front. It's hard to find 'real' non stock photos of white out--- and it's not a very talked about hydrangea here... so hopefully others will chime in with their experience with it.

I planted a Mini Penny last year and I really liked the large, numerous blue flowers. However, this year it has had ONE SMALL flower without any indication that there will be more.
