35°C/95°F are typical Daytime summer temperatures here in the SE USA and many species of Hydrangeas grow well here.
Hydrangea paniculata, macrophylla, serrata, aspera, strigosa, arborescens & quercifolia are some examples.
Most Hydrangeas need some direct sunlight to bloom well. H. paniculata will not bloom at all in total deep shade and requires at least 5-6 hours of sunlight to perform at it's best. Some morning sun is best for Hydrangeas, dappled shade is OK, but the other species mentioned will produce some flowers in total high shade.
They will require frequent irrigation for the first 1-2 years until the roots become established and if grown in sandy, fast draining soil, could require additional irrigation at times when rainfall is inadequate.

We live in the Canary Islands and have found your advice very helpful but my lovely pink Hydrangea is now looking very dull and I am not sure if I should dead head it, we have the sun all year round and the lowest temperature is around 19 celsius.
