I'm Hopeful....

After the rabbits totally took my newly planted Incrediball to the ground, I now have new green shoots starting to grow up. I'm hopeful now that it will live, and next spring be a full size once again. Just have to find a way to keep those dang spring Wabbits out of my garden.

Sorry to hear that. They are so cute but such a pest. The ones that live in my neck of the woods "disappeared" some time ago but lately I have seen a few at night crossing the street or something like that....

Did you put something around it to protect it this time? The same thing happened to me last year with Little Lamb. Nothing was showing, and I almost gave up on it. But the wise people of the forum said as long as the roots lived, there was hope.

So I put three stakes in the ground around it, and encircled it with chicken wire. Kept it there all winter, and didn't remove it until last month. Little Lamb is in bloom!
