Can I move my LL hydrangea now?

Hi,

I have a Little Lime hydrangea that I would like to move to another spot in the yard. It is in bloom now. Should I wait until October or November to do this? We've had a very wet Summer with cooler temps. I thought that maybe this would make it ok to move it. Any advice?

It may be ok but I would choose a time when the plant is dormant instead. As soon as you see the leaves dried out plus 1-2 weeks, I would do it. Or in Spring before it leafs out. Since the soil freezes where you live, I would not even try in the middle of winter.
