My Hydrangea has looked awful this year so I want to move it.

Would fall be a good time to do this?

It has been beautiful in the past but this year some of the leaves have brown spots, some are a light green and the blooms are about half the size as they normally are.

I don't know what kind it is. I got it from my Mom years ago and I think she got it from my Grandmother and they never knew what kind it was except it was pretty.
