Hello, auburntiger76. Staking them will work until the stems mature and become woodier and hardier in a few years. No need to deadhead them if you do this. The droopy ones may not be getting nutrients if the stem is bent. Keep and eye on that problem in order to determine if it spreads to other reas. If it does, it may mean that the soil is alkaline and the plant has iron chlorosis. Amend the soil if that happens with iron chelated liquids, garden sulphur, iron sulphate or aluminum sulphate (that last one is not recommended if you have nearby azaleas or rhodies). Maintain 3-4" of mulch and do not over water or fertilize.
