Is this some kind of a hydrangea?

I think this is some kind of a hydrangea. Can anybody tell me the exact name of this plant? In the warm season, they just want to grow everywhere. They even try to creep up my patio blocks, but when the cold hits, they're all gone.

I am not good at identifying hydrangeas based on their blooms but these blooms did not appear to be hydrangea blooms to me. Maybe someone else will chime in. The leaves seem to be a little iron chlorotic to me.

It's Clerodendrum bungei and as you've noticed, it is a bit of a weed. In fact, I believe it is listed as a noxious weed in Florida.
