The ones that are well rooted should be fine in the garden with extra 4-5 inches of mulch/compost on top through the winter until the last frost. The oens that are not as well rooted should be kept in clay pots in an unheated garage or shed where winter temperature is maintained just above freezing point in order to maintain dormancy.
