| Did anyone train an Annabelle hydrangea to become a tree? Currently I have an Annabelle with a single brand about 5ft tall from the last fall cutting. I'd like to make it a tree. I plan to protect it in the winter to make sure that the cane won't die back. Is it possible to make it a tree?

| I think a H. paniculata would be a much better choice. Annabell will only get to 4-5 feet. Garyt |

| Oh, and imagine how droopy that thing would look! Not a very attractive sight, I'm afraid... |
