Need to move a F&E Blue To late to move?

I planted the Blue Heaven Hydrangea this past summer (around July 4th). I need to move it somewhat. Can I move it now successfully, or is it too late? I could move in spring, but I'd rather it got reestablished over fall and winter if possible. It does get pretty cold here in NE Ohio, with some halfway decent snow cover come Jan, Feb, and March.

It is the perfect time to move it. I am in NE Ohio also.
