Oakleaf Hygrangea

Hello, I ordered some oakleaf Hygrangea seed and when I saw them I thought I had an empty package at first. Has anyone here got any tips for sowing them? They are so minute and tiny. Also if they sprout what are the juvenile leaves like? I plan on sprouting them in early spring but don't know if they need a cold period or not,the web searches I've done say no, but I've seen conflicting answers about Kalmia Latifolia too, so if anyone has experience with successful seed propagation of H Quercifolia can ya help me out? Thanks Poaky1
