Hi,

Its Columbus day and my new limelight tree is just barely turning a faint pink. Color looks almost neutral. Some of my neighbors are already a rich deep pink assuming they are limelights (they were lime green for a good part of the summer). Then again, it seem a lot of the trees and fall shrubs in my yard are late turning color for some reason. Will my limelight eventually turn or will the dry summer and other factors spoil the show? Some have said only the original peegee gets deep pink but I question that. Thoughts?
