Droopy masja

About a month ago I received 8 Masjas from an ebay seller. They've been in pots on the front porch (north-facing) the entire time, in a soilless mix that's supposedly good for drainage/aeration, and promotes root growth. They've all been through a couple of downpours which totally saturated the potting soil to the point of standing water, and all were repotted. Each of them is doing fine except for one guy, who has been droopy droopy for a couple weeks now, and I can't figure out why. They all get the same amount of sun, and none have been fertilized. Aside from the flooding, they've all been kept at a fairly routine level of moistness. You can see in the picture below that the neighbor plant is doing just fine.
