Nice bunch of shrubs! But "hurt"? probably not much where you live. It may keep them in growth mode instead of forcing them to go dormant in Jan/Feb.

Stay "awake" becomes a problem when temps dip a lot (10s-low 20s) and the stems are still in this growth mode, in which case flower buds and stems could get killed. But the roots would not get killed so, the plant would eventually grow replacements.

Fertilizers, compost and manure can be considered the same thing (fertilizers) so go easy next time. They probably already contain round fertilizer pellets in the pots so all this was redundant. In the future, give each one a half a cup to one cup of compost for the year. If your soil is sandy, make it a little bit more, say 1 to 1.5 cups; that is because sandy soil lacks nutrients.
