My climbing hydrangea is 3 years old and is growing well. It is in the right kind of soil and partial sun. This past summer it started developing brown edges around leaves. I pulled these off and disposed. Now even the tiny leaves that emerge from buds have brown edges. Cannot be from too much heat at this time of year. Except for the leaves it is otherwise healthy. I have sprayed with Neem, but so far no improvement. Any ideas what is going on?
