Climbing hydrangia

I live in a mobile home with brick at the bottom. My east side gets morning sun and is very blank. I was thinking of a climmbing hydrangia for this side. It is probably 20x30' with no windows. Do I need to worry about structure damage to my home with this plant or just staining as I would not be removing the plant any time soon if ever? Does anyone have any suggestions for this area?
Thanks
