managing large amounts of water

I am new to hydroponics but have done a 300 gallon aquaponics system a few years back. I was thinking of doing some hydroponics raft systems and my total gallons of just the raft beds is about 600 gallons.How is the best way to manage that much water after you initially mix your fertilizer ratios and start running it? How often do you have to change out the whole systems water? I see a lot of stuff on people changing out small systems of water but nothing on larger home setups. I live in eastern NC so the summers are often 90 to 100 degrees. This setup will be in a greenhouse

Hey,

Well personally, when you get up above 400gallons it would be best to spend the cash and automate. Espically if your greenhouse has power.

Something like a bluelab auto system.
( somthing like this maybe?https://www.bluelab.com/products/type/controllers)

They are very pricey , very pricey, but can save alot of time ,effort and in the end, money. I have only ever seen or used one in a commerical setting.
Also, would you want to change out the water? Only at the end of a crop..even then, otherwise run a bubbler and top off system. One top off system for water, as simple as a float valve fitted to the tank/pond, and one for ferts and pH adjusters.
