Plant Support Question

Hi, I am trying to get back into growing with hydro again and I have a question that I had a problem with before. I was growing tomato plants before and their growth got really out of control. The plants got so tall that I had problems supporting them. It was a constant struggle. I tried using green wire and pvc and that did not go over well. Is there a product or something you guys have rigged up on your own that I can see or learn how to do. I will buy something, but sure what I can buy for heavy plants. If you have pictures that would be helpful also. I have seen trellis looking string before, but was not sure if that is the answer or how that works or even where to buy it. Thanks.

You could just lob off the top once they get to the height you want them to be.
