Kind of looks like a nutrient deficiency to me. That is what might be causing the yellowing of the leaves, not sure why its happening in patches.

I've noticed that most fungus attach to the underside of the leaves. actually mites and lots of other nasties do the same. check for something looking like dust or pollen under the leaves. that'd be a sign of fungus. if you have a good magnifying glass or microscope, check under the leaves for mites. they're REALLY tiny, but they make up for size with numbers. with mites you might see something that looks like spider web strands on the leaves. again, all of this stuff happens on the underside of the leaf.

if you cleaned the whole thing with bleach did you also clean all your tools and other things nearby? if it's outdoors it's easy for mites or fungus to get transferred by the wind from other plants, or birds or insects hopping from your neighbors plants to yours.
