I've always heard the only effective way to get rid of squash bugs was manually. It works, but its time consuming.

The best organic spray to use is Pyganic. it kills everything. its very expensive.

ray4825: Thanks. I checked the label and there wasn't any mention of squash or stick bugs. Just for clarity since it is so expensive, did your garden have squash and/or stink bugs around your squash and tomato plants last season and did Pyganic actually kill them?

I didn't have stink bugs on my squash last year. Pyganic kills stink bugs. Its on the list of bugs this stuff kills. it cost me 50 dollars for a quart last season. The product is slowly coming down in price. I use it to kill tarnish bugs and jap beetles on my strawberries. its good stuff. you can see the list of bugs this stuff kills right here.
