H2O2 and/or air stone

Today while changing my reservoir I put in 3ML / gallon of 35% strength hydrogen peroxide, as per the instructions on the bottle for when adding nutrient. I let the water sit for 20 minutes, as the bottle says, then I added nutrients. I don't know why they tell you to wait 20 minutes before adding nutes.

During the 20 minutes I let the air stone off. As expected, a while later bubbles were forming all over the side of the reservoir, as expected with H2O2. I added nutes and turned the air stone back on.

I am wondering, which is really the best combination of things to do:

1) Use H2O2 and an air stone (replenishing 75% of the orig. amount of H2O2 daily)

2) Use only an air stone

3) Use only H2O2 (replenishing 75% of the orig. amount of H2O2 daily)

This indoor reservoir keeps at a constant 72 - 74 degrees F.

I supose an air stone does provide some degree of circulation while the pump is off, that might be good for supplements that don't completely dissolve I guess.
