Tomatoes Flowering

I have some very nice plants going they are Caruso and Tropic, both are hybrids for growing in Hydro. I have many flowers but no fruit either. I just changed my nutrients 2 weeks ago for the flowering. My flowers are not yellow inside like the ones I have outside in my greenhouse in soil. Does this mean they are not pollinated? I have a fan on them and shake them.
